Project aim: providing large-scale industrial diffusion of multimodal documentation for mobile operations. 2 challenges are tackled:

“how to create and organise the content of multimodal documentation in an efficient way”, keeping in mind multimodality and device independency.

“how to access and use the documentation through robust interaction modalities”, this means how a multimodal User Interface should look like to support the mobile worker to access his e-manual.
